Has anyone else run into this?
I had plenty of water in the container, but my RainPoint pump kept showing a “Water Shortage” alert. The pump was running, so at first I wasn’t sure what was causing it.
I reached out to RainPoint support, and they helped me figure it out. The key was running the Water Shortage Calibration and checking the pump and tubing before reconnecting everything.
Mine is working normally now. Sharing the fix here so hopefully someone else can save a little time troubleshooting.
